These General Conditions of Sale are established between:
- On the one hand, the Sociedad Pasion Morena, S.L .., C / Avda. Alcazar de San Juan, 68, 45700 Consuegra (Toledo).
- And, on the other hand, any person who places an order (hereinafter, the CUSTOMER).
Orders will be dispatched in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not deliver to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

These conditions are applicable exclusively to consumers, without the resale of the products purchased under any circumstances.
Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CLIENT, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the sales methods between the CLIENT and PASION MORENA, S.L., from the order, delivery and payment, as well as the after-sales service.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

To place your order, the CLIENT must provide the personal data requested by any of the procedures indicated above, unless they already have a client number.
The realization by the CLIENT of the order is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
Pasión Morena will inform the CLIENT, as soon as possible, of the lack of availability of the requested product.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY
The CUSTOMER can choose to have the delivery made in one of the following ways:
Home delivery: Indicating the address where the delivery will take place. If no telephone number has been provided, the carrier will appear at the address indicated by the CLIENT. In case of absence of the CUSTOMER at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice, indicating his telephone number, so that the CUSTOMER can directly contact the carrier for delivery. The method of payment and the additional cost of delivery through this mechanism will be indicated on the website.
PASION MORENA, S.L. will deliver the ordered items within the period specified in the order, unless expressly notified by PASION MORENA, S.L. in the opposite direction.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT
The CLIENT can choose between the following payment methods:
– With a bank card. (The shipment will not be made until the requested amount appears in the account number provided by Pasión Morena S.L. from that moment it will take 24 or 48 hours to reach the destination)
– PayPal (The shipment will not be made until the requested amount appears in the account number provided by Pasión Morena S.L. from that moment it will take 24 or 48 hours to reach the destination)
-Bank Transfer (The shipment will not be made until the requested amount appears in the account number provided by Pasión Morena S.L. from that moment it will take 24 or 48 hours to reach the destination)
– Cash on delivery, by paying the same order and the reimbursement commission for the transport. If the order is placed before 12:00 AM it will leave the Pasión Morena warehouses the same day and from that moment 24 or 48 hours, if the order is placed after 12:00 AM the order will leave the next day .
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
The prices will include the corresponding tax at all times.
A fixed cost for packaging and shipping will be added to each order. The additional cost related to said concept will be indicated on the website.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer will have 15 days from the day of delivery of the order to withdraw from it without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The CLIENT will be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as any deterioration of the product.
The CLIENT must exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the product to PASION MORENA, S.L., at the indicated address.
ARTICLE 7 – GUARANTEES
In the event of a lack of conformity, the CLIENT may choose between demanding the replacement, exchange, repair of the product or the refund of the amount corresponding to the price and the shipping costs incurred.
The repair and / or replacement will be free of charge for the CLIENT and must be carried out within a reasonable period of time, from the notification by the CLIENT of the lack of conformity.
In the event that the product change is chosen, if the amount of the new order is higher than the amount of the items returned, the CUSTOMER will have to pay the difference.
Otherwise, if the amount of the new order is less than the initial amount, PASION MORENA, S.L. will refund the difference by check or bank transfer using the same payment method. In the event that the difference is equal to or less than 3 euros, PASION MORENA, S.L. will send a credit note, which the USER may choose to deduct from their next order or request a refund.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website, www.pasionmorena.com that are visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent rights.
ARTICLE 9 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These conditions of sale constitute the total agreement between the referring parties.
In the event that one of the clauses of these conditions is null and void, this will not affect the rest of the conditions.
ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETITION
Current conditions shall be ruled by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any doubt, discrepancy or divergence that may arise in the fulfillment and interpretation of this Contract, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
